The dress is fine, could be more flattering and I agree about the blah hair. She always looks like a Barbie doll on the red carpet. Stiff, deliberately posed, uncomfortable, like she's sucking it in the whole time.
She has the kind of body that looks like she diets so hard for, and it's still bottom heavy. Like she's naturally supposed to be heavier, and as soon as she stops dieting, boom. There is a fat girl just waiting to get out in there.

The dress is pretty, but I expected more from her. I don't like the way she has her hair in this photo, and I'm also tired of seeing her fat armpits in every single photo snapped of her.
