That dress looks like a shiny orange trash bag, and that eyeshadow is truly hideous!
And I won't even make a comment about the blue shoes. Surprisingly though, I like Tom Cruise's outfit.

Bad dress, makes her look hippy and I don't like that 4-inches-from floor-length. Looks like the dress is too short for her. Don't like the red either, but that dress wouldn't look good in any color I think. And blue shoes????
Never did like her Little Dutch Boy bob haircut.
She just looks severely medicated and Not Quite Right.
