I do not know how many years after she wore THE DRESS 1 (versace with the pins) she did it again I see a 40+ who dresses as a teenager (a rich one granted, but I so see a spoiled brat wearing this for her sweet 16) Do you like?

The dress is beautiful, except that is WAY too much cleavage, imo. Anything cut down to there is a no for me.

I definitely don't think that's a dress for a teenager. It's a dress for a femme fatale, and no teenager could possibly pull it off. You need a certain maturity to look anything but ridiculous in dresses like that, if you're too young you just look like you raided your mother's closet.

Liz Hurley rather pulls it off, though...
