Or maybe just walking. Check out singing actress, Hilary Duff, yesterday in Malibu, sporting the kind of boots that may have dudes pulling alongside of her in their cars, asking "how much?"

I love thigh high boots and if worn properly, they are not trashier than miniskirts. The person decides the aura being given off.

It's not my thing and some people can carry off the boots better, but I like the boots. Now this is what I consider hooker boots.
