Oh yuck! I HATE turtle necks and I doublely
hate short sleeved turtle neck things. This is
a crime against fashion and she should burn
it and those shoes. GAWD!

Her chin is too large for a high neckline like that, all my focus goes to her chin. she should avoid this type of cut. The shoes are gross.
