I vote neither. I don't care for that dress and I hate Eva's shoes. I do like Eva's glasses though. Nicole looks hungover.

Nicole looks like shit here. I don't think Eva looks much better, but she is still slightly ahead of Nicole.

I'm thinking that it doesn't look as good on Nicole because she's wearing a size too big. Notice that on Eva, the dress is a little shorter and the neckline is higher than Nicole's. Eva and Nicole I believe are about the same height.
