NO. She has such a talent for making normal clothes look bad.
The first one would be ok if it fit her. Those jeans look tight enough to cut off circulation, and accentuate her muffin waist. The dress would be cute if she didn't look like a linebacker from behind.
The boots just need to go, along with her hair.

She never seems to wear clothes that fit her. Everything is too tight and therefore unflattering. One's body has to be perfect to successfully pull off the tight look.
On the bright side, Daddy Spears seems to be forcing her to wear a bra.
