I actually came across some pics of me at 15....and I gotta say, I don't think there is anything at all wrong with what Miley is wearing and how she is changeing as a young woman. I dressed worse than her...and that was 15 years ago!

That said. I think she looks rather cute and cool.

I have been to children's dance recitals before and seen them wearing outfits like the first one she has on. Her boobs aren't hanging out and her skirt goes down to her knees so I don't see a problem.
