The tailoring on each piece is just exquisite. I envy. No way in hell I could even afford the tshirt.

I think she looks more "handsome" than beautiful. There is nothing exciting about the outfit although you can tell each piece cost a pretty penny.

agree. i love it. sure, it's simple but there's nothing wrong with basics, especially when they're as exquisitely made.

i was just going to say, the tailoring is impeccable. i'm extremely jealous - i wish i could afford a suit that simple yet beautiful. i did manage to find a helmut lang blazer that fits me that well on sale, plus my employee discount... too bad the pants were ugly.

What ran through my head was a visual of SJP's cheapo line of clothes: it's a total counterpoint to the quality of design and tailoring here. Her ideas are good, the actual execution is what makes them affordable lol.
