I think I do like it. I can't figure out what kind of fabric it is or what the details are made of but somehow it works and the white shirt goes perfectly with it.

i agree. i wish the picture was bigger so i could get a better look at the skirt but i do like it. and i also love the contrast of the simple white shirt and the more elaborate skirt.
