So much wrong here. Her makeup does look odd. I fail to see the need for that brown belt, and what's the deal with the just too atrocious for words fug shoes?
A total mess, however, those shoes deserve special mention. WTF is that shit on her feet?

Awful make up/dress/belt/shoes.
I really like the dress, or would with a different belt. I don't like the shoes, but for me the makeup is worst of all. It looks like my makeup when I was eight, playing with my mother's clothes

The belt and dress clash, and her makeup is very clown-ish here.

can't stand the bitch but i like the dress and shoes. i would have gone with a yellow belt though, if what she wanted was contrast with the grey, something similar to the colour of the front part of the shoes.
