i don't know if it's the cut or the length of the skirt that doesn't work on her but something's off. i like the top, i too though the skirt would flare out more, which i think would have been nicer. a little longer would have been more flattering too.
other than that, she's too orange, i hate the hair and the hoop earrings are annoying. she also needs shoes that don't cut her leg like that the ankle. that makes the leg look thicker.
