I don't like it at all. The button-down top combined with the ruffles is just so bizarre and it really does nothing at all for her shape. The shoes are clunky-looking and don't match the ensemble. Of course, the lank hair and Oompa Lompa complexion aren't really classing things up to begin with. Lohan always looks in need of a bath or six.
