Way, way, way too short - Britney Spears "I forgot my pants" short.
The way there's a little bit of cap sleeve makes her shoulders look incredibly wide and makes her look boxy overall.

It's WAY too short and accentuates her stumpy legs. Cap sleeves are horrible on anything and I hate the peek a boo back. Do these people ever look in a full length mirror?
