No. It looks to be made of a sweat shirt.
And I just KNEW she was going to jack Kelis for her hairstyles. Oh she's just beginning.
And that makeup looks like Bozo applied it in the dark squinting his eyes.

The dress is awful enough without pairing those fugly shoes with it.
