Starting at the top, her face is looking rough. I don't know what's happened to her in the last few years, but she looks much, much older than her 29 years.
The dress is awful period. Her peachy/orangy make-up is fighting against the hot pink dress in an unflattering way.
Her legs - that's no tan, Maria, that's just orange legs, and it's not attractive at all. She should wash off all the make-up and spray tanner and wear something that compliments her skin tone.
