I have trouble making objective fashion judgements with Cate because she wears clothes so well. She can work almost anything because she's confident and has great posture. I like this on her, but I think I would probably waver on it if it were on anyone else.

No I don't like it on her. It is too much. Perhaps just a skirt with that fabric and a plain top.
Ironically I have an A-line skirt in that fabric.

it probably would have looked like an old lady's beach sarong on most people but cate rocks it and looks wonderful.
