It looks too basic. Like it came straight off the nearest rack in Macy's. She could do way better.

weird, awkward pose but i don't mind the dress. in fact i think the sleeves save it from being a typical black dress.

I love Ellen to death but girl has a square body and seriously does not need sleeves that literally make her look like a cube person. She should just embrace androgynous chic, wear glamorous pant suits and be comfortable all the time. Problem solved.
