the hair is too helmety and the coat and earrings are hideous and cougar-ish. it might have looked ok with more natural hair and sans the coat and jewelry. oh, and lighter lips and less blush. or keep the lips but tone down the eyes. you emphasise one or the other, not both. basically, she should wait 20 years before starting to dress like a socialite cougar.

Uh no. Although she CAN wear that shade of yellow, I'll give her that. Most can't even go there.
She needs to figure out another way to keep her legs warm in the winter. I sympathize and all, but if she wants to wear tights she needs to change her style to accommodate. They just do not go with anything she ever wears.
