No, it's horrible, and her skin is turning blue!
Really, I don't see why fake blonde is appealing for so many people. It just doesn't go with the skin tone of natural brunettes.

She looked good with a number of highlights, but this looks like a straight-up dye job, and a lip job. I'm hoping her face is just puffy and that's not Juvederm pushing up her cheeks.
