Nah. The dress is a nice cut, but the color is just so BLAH!
I do kinda like the sparkliness of the shoes though. Pigtails make her look like Dorothy. :/

I like it.. the shoes are a bit much though... and she should know by now the ankle strap look does her no favors in the leg department.

agree. the shoes are cute but that strap only flatters the skinny and tall.
and pig tails on anyone over the age of 12 are RETARDED.
but hey, it's not pink or frilly so at least that's an improvement over her usual saccarin 'i'm so cute an girlie!' puke-inducing look.

I think it looks really good on her also, very flattering cut. If she'd have gone with a muted gray shoe, the outfit would've been perfect. Sparkles and subdued do not mix well.
