They both look horrible.
Carrie looks like an aging drag queen, who is about to hiss across the bar at someone.
Mary Kate looks like a Xmas tree ornament.

Both dresses are ugly on both girls.
But I say MK because she loves to wear very out there outfits. It fits her taste in clothing.
