I'd say Sienna's outfit is better. black stockings, bag, leather jacket..all of them looks so great. (i wonder if she's wearing a pair of ankle-boots, 'couse that would make the whole outfit perfect!)
Though britney LOOKS nicer, but short dress+long coat is definetely out.

Stockings should NEVER be darker than the dress, imo.
This is one of the reasons why I don't like the boho-chic look, stockings darker than the dress seems to be one of its basic principles.
