I hate the boots but the dress is almost cute. It's a lot better than I expected from the "strapless flannel dress" description.

I can see where the dress was great in theory on a sketch pad. Unfortunately that is the only place it's great.
Booties were a terrible choice with the hem of this dress, unless stump was the objective.
