I LOVE black and blue together, but it has to be a really bright blue, like electric, royal or twighlight.
I can't comment on the dress 'cause the cow hide's in the way.

She looks dowdy. The jacket might look good if the dress underneath were sleek. The combination makes her look shapeless.

i love the colours but i agree the dress and jacket together are a little too baggy. it would have been great if the dress were a bit more fitted. love the tights and shoes.

The jacket is awful - I can't imagine anything it would look appropriate with.
Julianne is someone who sells herself short a lot. She's beautiful, but she needs to punch that hair color back up and stop wearing stuff that's been hiding in the back of her closet since the late 80s.

The cut is horrible on both the jacket and the dress. It's just not flattering at all.
