I don't know, I think the funkiness, off-kilter style suits her because she's young and can pull it off as fun. But I don't like the asymmetrical neckline. That is just too much, and it's not done very well (sloppy, odd fit)--that's what makes it look cheap.

one sleeve is the perfect length.
