the only thing i don't like are the sleeves. that sort of ruffling reminds me of bad late 70s peasantish disco dresses.

If you omit the off-the-shoulder shawl part and the tassels, it would be a nice, dramatic strapless dress. I do love the color, it's very bold and it suits her.
