You know, I like cutouts and I think this dress would have worked for me if it didn't have that over the top, ridiculously full ballroom skirt. Looks like curtains she's gonna trip over any second. Something less Scarlett O'Hara, and a tiny bit more figure hugging without going into stuffed-sausage territory as Beyonstage is wont to do.
