That looks like a fashoin mag spread - it probably lists the designer right in the upper corner text, if you can find some way to zoom in on that. Or maybe look for the actual magazine in stores?

I really like it as well, by the way.

I think it looks nice. Couldn't wear that much colour myself, but I'd love to see it on someone else.

Yes, I think it's a Japanese designer. You could probably find the label at Neiman's... this dress is most likely <at least> 400-500 USD. Or try EBAY- never know.
