It's all right, but I think it would look better done in black ink instead of blue. I think the upper arm is a great place for tattoos.

I can understand people who get tattoos if they meet someone special
("Winona Forever") even if they have to get rid of it later ("Wino Forever").
But if people get them because they're just bored, that's just silly.
