No mask. Even her dad more a mask when there wasn't even a pandemic.

M.J wore masks before it was cool

Paris has probably had enough of masks, thanks to her father.

I have some famous friends and I have mostly not famous friends.

Her dad wore a mask when his nose was in the shop for repairs.

I think it's wonderful that she's getting involved and protesting but there's something about the way she's dressed that makes it seem as if it's 60's protest cosplay as opposed to why everyone else is protesting.

I agree. I find this very performative and it irks me to the point where I can't even praise her for being involved.

Like maybe her manager is the one taking the pics and she left right after the pics were taken?

She has a beautiful face. It's a shame she wants to look like a dirty homeless person who found a Sharpie and decided to draw all over herself

Good for her for protesting. Who cares why she's there or what she's wearing, honestly. Just good for her for getting out there. Surely having MJ as a father wouldn't give one total ignorance over racial matters.

I'm glad she's protesting and I feel like she's a sort of gentle (wounded bird) kind of soul, so I think it's heartfelt. However, the Woodstock cosplay costume is very tone deaf IMO. But I do think she has a tendency to wear clothing like this all the time and sometimes when you use an era as your fashion guide, you take the risk of looking like you're in costume. I guess I wouldn't tell her what to wear, but I would think that someone, regardless of race, who has so much privilege might be viewed as a little misguided here. Either way, she may not even know any better.

    But heartshapedbox won the thread.
