She and Guiliana Rancic must be on the same diet.

Her face looks like Karen Carpenter's did when she was so anorexic.

It's a beautiful dress, once you get past her grasshopper face.

And she looks better with dark hair like she had in "Split".

Damn, I don't remember her always being this skeletal?

Hmmm, she certainly doesn't need to lose any weight, but I don't see anorexia? Her spine doesn't stick out and neither do her chest bones or her ribs, and she appears to have "meat" on her upper arms. It looks like she has really high cheekbones and a very defined facial structure, that would account for the cheeks. I've seen her in a movie or two and she is tiny, very small bone structure, but does not look emaciated.

I think it's because her head looks disproportionately bigger than her body. Bobble head.

I also think her necklace is making it worse by visually separating her head from the rest of her body. Her face does look very skeletal, which could also be from makeup and lighting. The dress is gorgeous! I love all of the beading, and the silhouette invokes the regency-era empire waist.

It looks like a gothic wedding dress. It's beautiful.

Dress is very nice but would be better without the choker necklace. I think the bobblehead thing is just an illusion due to the size of that necklace. She's petite but I wouldn't say she looks unhealthy.

I think it's a combination of the huge necklace on her petite frame, and the heavy contouring that isn't working at all with her already angular features.
In the movie poster behind her, with the softer make up, her face looks a lot less haggard.

I've never seen her in anything, but I love Emma so she'd better be charming as fuck or I'm out.

She's built like Giada de Laurentiis...disproportionate head, short arms.

She was ok in "Split" but basically, all she had to do was react to James McAvoy's multiple personality disorder.

I love OTT Georgian/Victorian/Edwardian shit but this outfit - and most of the blame falls on that awful necklace - looks like a slightly more-upscale-than-Party-City costume. In fact, the neck thing looks more like a jeweled collar than it does a necklace. However, I love the beading and silhouette of the dress and I think it would have probably been great without the romance novel neck piece. I don't know why she looks like Karen Carpenter. Not sure if she's too thin or it's just the dress and/or photos.
