    wow she is tiny.

this looks similar to the dress she wore right after one of her kids was born ... can't remember which one.

I love it but am waiting for the ‘too skinny, too sheer, too much leg’ complaints. Her leg looks great though.

I can only imagine the regime she endures to get that skinny bod after 3 kids. Ciggies help of course.
And I will say it, too much leg for an official visit.

OK, even I think it's a little too much leg and I'm not a stickler for this stuff. If Meghan wore this, she'd be the worst whore in the history of the realm, shocking everyone with her whorish, American thighs. Anyway, Kate's worn this before and I'm saying the same thing I said the first time - how does Abigail Spencer look cool and retro and Kate looks dowdy and like she forgot her slip? On a non-bitchy note, I'm actually a bit concerned about how tiny she's getting. She's starting to disappear. Maybe I'm projecting, but I feel bad for her because she seems super stressed out.

Incidentally, she looks a lot like her grandmother. Interesting story.

Cute dress and lovely legs but she needed a couple of buttons added downwards. Still, it's not like she meant to show this much leg, it was a windy day. Love how thick her hair is, no matter how skinny she gets it's still very beautiful.

I like the dress and slit makes it look less dowdy. She's so pretty.

I wish she would unbutton some from the top. The first pic looked good but the others looked bad for some reason. And I'm sorry but stop with the recycling clothes for royals. I know it saves money blah blah blah but, I could care less. Or at least wear it a totally different way. Seriously the only interesting thing about royals are their clothes.

I don’t like the dress but I don’t think it’s too much leg, it probably saves the dress from being a total drab mess. And I agree abigail Spencer made it look cool but kate seems to have the opposite effect on clothes. And yeah she’s looking gaunt and older than her years.

Love the dress but the shoes are not the right shade of blue.

I think the off-blue shoes are deliberate so as not to be too matchy-matchy and upset Sput! It's not my favourite outfit but it's okay.
