Julia looks really pretty, but the flowers on the dress ruin it.
Worst is that they do not have the same colour at the top and the bottom.
Her head ruins it.
Besides that the dress and shoes are fug, the outfit is way too cutesy for her personality, build, and age. She looks ridiculous. And the shoes look orthopedic.

Take the flowers off the sleeve/top area and it would be pretty cute.
