The top part is unflattering. It looks like the cups are padded, but she's also wearing a strapless bra that has slipped down around her ribs. Her lipstick doesn't quite match, either.
Misstep for her and she usually wears clothes excellently. This makes her look very low-chested and overly long-waisted.
