Charlize Theron rocks a little black dress while attending the Sean Penn & Friends Help Haiti Home Gala benefiting the J/P HRO on Saturday (January 11) at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 38-year-old actress was on hand to help support her rumored new boyfriend Sean Penn, who she was seen sitting next to during the evening’s dinner.

FYI: Charlize is wearing a Givenchy dress, Christian Louboutin shoes, a Saint Laurent clutch, and Harry Winston jewelry.

Hair color looks great in the dark first pic but the lighting in subsequent pics brings out the yellow.
That is some serious bling Charlize is wearing on her wrist.

I thought the same thing about her hair. It looks great in the first pic, without the bright lights. In the rest of the pics, it's that disappointing yellow.

I think she looks ravishing even if I don't love the dress. It's bothering me she's buddy-buddy with this jackoff, though. God KNOWS she can do better. He might be a great actor (and I truly think he is) but he's such a shitty person.
