Gucci and LV are doing these styles this season. It's too trendy and too expensive for regular people. Looks like showbiz people (HELLO JLO) will be sporting them. They could have updated them a little bit.

I found it, circa 1978, but it's yellow not aqua. It seems like it has the same general cut. Same lapels. Same cuffs. Cinches in the same part of the waist, but with a sash, not a belt. And has pockets.
