    It's hard to believe she's 14, because she seriously looks mid-20s at least. I don't know what it is. The dress isn't inappropriate, but doesn't scream 9th grader either.

    I can't figure it out either. And she's very pretty, so it's not Ali Lohan syndrome. Maybe it's how she carries herself?

    Bella reminds me of Ashlee Simpson on that horrible Disney show she is on, but here she looks pretty.
