This dress is so much classier than her usual, but the semi-crimped hair and low-hanging boobs are throwing it off.
I don't know WTF is going on with Demi, unless she's just trying to look like a whackjob in order to stand out next to Twitters.

She doesn't look like a total disaster here (Brit) so I'm gonna give at least one thumb up. It could be sooooo much worse, plus her hair looks better, for a change.
Her hair looks amazing compared to what it usually looks like, and she looks to be genuinely smiling. So, thumbs up.
