The color is pretty, the skirt is lovely. However, Mrs. O can never seem to get the proportions right for her body shape. That belt is all kinds of wrong on her.
The colors are fine but most of her shit (this included) reminds me of something Mamie Eisenhower would wear. Only better.

I hate the belt, necklace, and shoes. The skirt and top are cute, but she could do better. I'd love to see her in a knee-length sheath dress, no belt, and no tacky jewelry.

god no. the skirt could be cute but doesn't she know they make pleated skirts where the pleats are stitched down around the hips and then extend out, which is a lot more flattering around the hips?
also, the belt really doesn't belong on the outfit at all.
