She's a swimmer - broad shoulders go with the territory. I'd rather have the shoulders than a broad ass. I really like her new, short hair and the red lippy is very glam too. You'd have to be Katie Cambridge ana to get away with that dress.

Sadly true. Her tiny head and broad shoulders are very Anthony Perkins-esque. I think more flared skirts and avoiding deep-cut sleeveless armholes probably would minimize the shoulder effect too.

That shade of lipstick is lovely on her though. And the dress is interesting if not all that flattering.
