My daughter has a "junk in the trunk" ass and is asked nearly everyday if it's fake. It's not. She's had that "back" since she was as little as four.

That said, Kim's ass didn't look like that 6-7 years ago so I'm going with "fake ass" in her case. Also, I detest her so yeah...
