If Tara had Lourdes's legs, I would actually say Tara. When you wear something with a lot of sequins, I think it looks better loose. Lourdes's is too skin tight and too short, and her accessories and shoes are too clunky. I think the dress looks better with sandals and simple, minimal accesories. Unfortunately, Tara has ruined her legs and shouldn't be wearing things like this anymore.
