I cannot believe I am about to say this, but that dress actually makes her look....hippy. And I know she doesn't have biggish hips.
I like the color though. She might need to cut that hair at some point...
The entire fit is horribly wrong. It's like she threw on that cardigan so no one would notice the dress is two sizes too big.

Um. This looks like a prom dress from 1998... that has been crumpled in its 5-7-9 shopping bag for the past 14 years and only taken out 5 minutes before she walked out the door.
