frumpy. she doesn't have the quirky look required to pull off old lady-ish clothes without actually looking like an old lady.

I think she's beautiful, but the black liner on the waterline is just too much. If she'd just lighten it up some with a soft brown or plum.

that's true. she's far too safe and boring to pull this off. it's a great dress though. i would totally wear it.
