She's a runner, but you need to make sure you take in enough calories or you end up looking like this.
^ You have to run a SHITLOAD of miles on no food to look like this. I trained for, and finished, marathons while doing lowcarb. Seriously, they tried to hand me pretzels at mile 20 and I turned them down. Despite that, I never even came close to looking like this.
