i don't hate the dress but it looks nun-ish which i'm guessing she's going for with the cross. i like the shoes.

Her face is recently overfilled, especially the upper cheeks. It will settle down in a few months. But holy smokes, she suddenly looks OLD! If Dr. Brant did this to her (which I suspect he did, because he does his own face the same way) she should find a new doctor.
