Naya Rivera attends the 22nd Annual GLAAD Media Awards on Saturday (May 14) at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis in San Francisco, Calif.
The 24-year-old Glee star hosted the event, which honored the media for their fair representations of the LGBT community.
Sex and the City’s Kim Cattrall picked up the Golden Gate Award and screenwriter Dustin Lance Black accepted the Outstanding Documentary Award for 8: The Mormon Proposition, which he narrated.

That Naya girl is so freaky looking. I think she had a nose job, lip and cheek fillers, botox, and implants.

Love Kim's dress! The shoes are awful; they're more feet with jelly straps. And does her left leg look swollen, like maybe she's having vein problems?

Kim's shoes make her ankles look thick. But her face is great. Don't know what she has had done, but I like it.
Love Kim's dress, but the shoes are distracting and don't "work" with the dress at all. I have no idea who the other girl is, but that dress is a tragedy.

I think Naya is beautiful but she did too at the beginning of Glee as well. It is true however that she's starting to look plastic, if she carries on, I guess I need to re-evaluate her looks.
That dress was NOT made for her. Awful choice.
Kim is gorgeous, she's my fave in SATC. I think Naya looks a bit plastic in the face; there's definately something going on with her nose and lips
Kim looked fab until you get to the 90's jelly shoes. We all had a pair.. they made your feet sweaty. Haha..
Beautiful skin and cups for Naya, but the dress makes her look real short. Kimmy doesn't look at her best...
Kim is glamorous until you get to the legs. She really needs to wear nail polish.
