Is it actually a light blue moreso than white? I don't know, it is a bit prom-y but I think it mainly looks bad because she's gained back some weight. Sometimes there's no camouflaging it.

Yes, very pale but not white at all.

I love the colour and i don't think it's the worst thing she's ever worn but it's very bridal and I'm not a fan. She's a pretty girl who can't dress (or select a stylist) to save her life.
