I agree she needs to not make that face. It's weird and I think one of her eyes are already wonky and weird to begin with. The hair, she needs to get a new hair person.
The dress reminds me of those floral minidresses popular in 1990-91.

SHe's gorgeous in Mad Men. Like a totally different person. Amazing what period costume does for her.
